This variation uses twice as many pieces (and is twice as much work to make) of brown, grey and black leather or all mixed together.

1 1/2", 1 1/4" (3/16) , 1", 3/4" wide made from crazy horse leather. In three colors...Crazy horse black, brown and grey or a combo of black grey and brown. Pictured is a 1 1/4" Grey and Brown.

Crazy horse is a "pull up" leather that has a waxy finished with oils that move in the leather as it is bent, making the bent spot lighter. Not distressed enough for you? Twist it and bend it a bit. Take sandpaper to it. Scratch it with you finger nails and rub it and it will look even more worn quickly.

***Hatband will be a M-L. If your hat size is larger than a 7 1/2 or over 23.5" outside diameter, you are going to want an XL. If you need a S or XL please let me know at checkout. Or for most accurate fit, measure the outside circumference of your hat and make note of the measurement at checkout. I will make one to fit. If you want the least amount of holes and the buckle to buckle in the center hole you need to send me the outside measurement.***
